There were also some hairs on the shower floor. Cleanliness was okay, although the walk-in shower was starting to show some signs of mildew or mold in the corners of the sliding door. The room itself was comfortable and featured one of the newer Holiday Inn designs. Most hotels will at least provide a free bottle of water in a suite. However, I didn't receive a bottle of water (none are provided in the guest room). My IHG Diamond Ambassador status was recognized ahead of time and I was upgraded before arrival to a suite. Despite being 5 or 6 years old, the hotel still looks and feels relatively newish.
